This session will provide an assessment of your current mental/emotional state, help you get to the root of your problems, overcome emotional challenges, and make positive changes in your life.

This is a safe place where you can talk about anything, from everyday concerns such as relationship problems, job stress, or self-doubt, to bigger issues like a divorce, loss of a loved one etc.

    Please keep in mind that for this to be more effective, more than one session is required. However, this is still a good option to begin with.
